<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>This manuscript provides expert recommendations on the role of allogeneic haematopoietic cell transplantation (allo‐HCT) for cutaneous T‐cell lymphoma (CTCL), specifically mycosis fungoides (MF) and Sezary syndrome (SS). Critical aspects such as patient selection, timing, and bridging therapy are addressed, as well as donor source, conditioning regimens and post‐transplant management. These consensus guidelines are based on a thorough literature review and discussions among leading dermatologists and haematologists. These recommendations aim to harmonize clinical practice towards improving patient outcomes in these rare but aggressive lymphomas. It is of critical importance to consider allo‐HCT early in the management of eligible patients with high‐risk disease. Advanced stage, large‐cell transformation, relapsed or refractory disease following systemic treatment, and N3‐stage lymph node involvement are indicators that should trigger consultation with a transplant haematologist in parallel with a donor search. Early interaction between dermatologists and transplant haematologists is vital to avoiding delays, which can significantly impact post‐transplant outcomes and survival.</jats:p>

Guidance on best practices for these additional indications is desirable.</jats:p></jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Aims</jats:title><jats:p>This consensus aims to provide evidence‐based and practice‐informed recommendations supporting safe, effective, and reproducible MFU‐V treatments for the additional body indications.</jats:p></jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Methods</jats:title><jats:p>An international, multidisciplinary panel of aesthetic experts developed consensus recommendations for MFU‐V treatment of additional body areas based on clinical evidence, expert experience, and structured virtual discussions.</jats:p></jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Results</jats:title><jats:p>This global expert consensus affirms MFU‐V as a safe and effective noninvasive modality for treating mild to moderate skin and soft tissue laxity in the abdomen and upper arms. Three key domains were identified as critical to optimizing outcomes: patient selection, treatment planning, and expectation management. Ideal candidates are those with mild to moderate laxity and target tissues located at treatable depths. Real‐time ultrasound imaging was emphasized for accurate targeting, anatomical safety, and treatment precision. The panel developed practical treatment protocols for the abdomen and upper arms, including recommended treatment zones, line densities, and transducer depths tailored to tissue characteristics.</jats:p></jats:sec><jats:sec><jats:title>Conclusion</jats:title><jats:p>Safe and effective MFU‐V outcomes rely on real‐time ultrasound visualization, thoughtful patient selection, expectation management, and anatomically guided treatment. Continued research is needed to refine protocols and guide emerging body applications.</jats:p></jats:sec>

Guidelines of care for the management of atopic dermatitis: section 2. Management and treatment of atopic dermatitis with topical therapies

These guidelines update the 2014 recommendations for management of atopic dermatitis in adults with topical therapies. A multidisciplinary workgroup employed best practices for guideline development, including a systematic review of the evidence and application of the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation approach for assessing the certainty of the evidence and formulating and grading recommendations. The evidence on atopic dermatitis treatment supported strong recommendations for the use of nonprescription moisturizers, topical calcineurin inhibitors, topical corticosteroids, and topical PDE-4 and JAK inhibitors. Conditional recommendations are made for the use of bathing and wet wrap therapy and against the use of topical antimicrobials, antiseptics, and antihistamines.
